Our Communicate4 partners Julie French and Tony Burgess are back from there 7 Day Residential in Glastonbury and have already planned the next stage of their open programmes starting in January 2009.

Tony and Julie have total commitment to high quality service and understand that not everyone who is looking to become an NLP Practitioner can get away on one of their 7 Day Residential experiences. We teach you to be able to work 'content-free' (hence the reference to 'blindfolded' at the top of the page). What we mean by this is that you will become skilled at helping people to make massive progress even when you don't know what it is that they actually want to achieve (only the clients themselves need to know what they want in order for you to help them massively). This is so powerful. By being able to offer content-free support, you can keep the change process 'pure', freeing the clients own solutions and resources to move forward effectively. Being able to operate in this way makes you a change facilitator that can operate at a level that is head and shoulders above the level at which most are operating.
